The 4th Asian Pipeline Conference and Exhibition (APCE 2008) will be held from 19-20 November 2008 at the Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The primary purpose of the 2008 Exhibition is to demonstrate new and emerging technology in the pipeline industry. The exhibition is located in a strategic area close to the conference room where it will generate excellent interaction between delegates, visitors and exhibitors. This is an opportunity for pipeline oriented exhibitors to showcase their companies and products to a wide range of pipeline industry leaders and professionals from the ASEAN region.

􀂊 No display material, equipment or information may exceed the limits of the rented space. 􀂊 No exhibitor may bring in an external contractor without first obtaining the permission from the organizer. 􀂊 The organizer will not be responsible for any deliveries or pick-ups relating to the Exhibition.	Exhibitors are responsible for the safety of their products, display and booths as no insurance coverage will be provided by the organizers. The organizers will not be responsible for the safety of any exhibit or property of the exhibitors.

􀂊 Exhibition fees should be paid by one of those methods; either cheque or bank transmission. 􀂊 When you pay through bank transmission, all bank fees are to be paid by exhibitors. 􀂊 To secure a booth, please fax the booking form with the receipt of deposit (MYR 4,000) to the AGC. 􀂊 Full payment due is on 20 October 2008.	􀂊 Cancellation must be made in writing to the AGC according to the following conditions: 􀂊 Cancellation made before 26 September 2008 entitles you to a refund of your payment. 􀂊 No deposit refunds will be made for cancellations received after 26 September 2008. 􀂊 For cancellations after 20 October 2008, the full cost of the stand will be charged.
